ANTHONY V. WEIS is the Managing Partner of the Weis Development Group, LLC. Mr. Weis has over 20 years experience in the real estate investment and financing industry. He is the founder and President of Mortgage Seekers Inc. and Maple Leaf Title LLC., a mortgage origination firm and title insurance agency, both based in Maryland. In addition, he also is an independent real estate investor. Mr. Weis has acted as the primary developer on numerous office building projects some of which involved historic restoration. His most current project, a 12 unit office complex, is expected to be completed in 2011.

Prior to founding Mortgage Seekers inc. in 1992, Mr. Weis was employed by Eastern Savings Bank, fsb as a mortgage loan originator. Mr. Weis graduated from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Maryland in 1988 with a B.A. in Business Administration (concentration in Marketing).

BRIAN D. LEONARDI is the COO of the Weis Development Group, LLC.  Mr. Leonardi currently is the owner of his own information technology management firm, having worked previously for four years as Vice President of Product Development for Aether Systems, a wireless data services company, and prior to that nearly thirteen years as an Engineer and Program Manager for Northrop Grumman Corp. responsible for international fighter radar contracts valued over $50M. Mr. Leonardi graduated from the University of Delaware in 1987 with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree.

Mr. Leonardi has extensive experience in the management of complex international projects. While with Northrop Grumman, he was responsible for the co-production of high-technology radar systems and components in Japan, Norway and Belgium. His international customer list included the defense departments of Japan, Norway, Belgium, The Netherlands, Egypt, Bahrain, and Singapore.

MORGAN WINGATE PRITCHETT, SR. is the Director of Investor Relations and Compliance for the Weis Development Group, LLC.  Mr. Pritchett is an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, and is the Branch Manager of Residential Mortgage firm in Towson, Maryland. Primarily responsible for new business development, Mr. Pritchett's duties include supervising 3-4 loan officers, 3 support staff and all budgetary/profit & loss management for his branch. Prior to that, Mr. Pritchett had worked as a Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer in the mortgage industry since 1984. Mr. Pritchett has been a principal/chief counsel in Maple Leaf Title, LLC, since 1999, and has rehabilitated homes in the Baltimore Metro area, since 2004. Mr. Pritchett graduated from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland in 1986 with Master of Business Administration/Juris Doctor.

JOHN R. MENTZER is the Corporate Counsel of the Weis Development Group, LLC.  Mr. Mentzer is an attorney admitted to practice law in the States of Maryland (since 1991) and Florida (since 2006). Mr. Mentzer has over 15 years experience advising closely-held and publicly-traded businesses with respect to general business matters, including general contract, tax, securities, employment, real estate and financing matters. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Mentzer was an Associate in the Business Department of the Mid-Atlantic based law firm of Miles & Stockbridge. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Mentzer served as the Vice President for Legal Affairs and Business Development for Youth Services International, Inc., a national provider of rehabilitative and educational programs and facilities for adjudicated, at risk and trou­bled juveniles. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Mentzer served as a Vice President and General Counsel for Correctional Services Corporation, a national developer, manager and operator of prisons, jails and detention centers for adult offenders. During his tenure as General Counsel for Correctional Services Corporation, Mr. Mentzer participated in numerous development and con­struction projects, including the financing, development and construction by Correctional Services Corporation of the 800-bed Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington and the 1,020-bed South Texas Regional Detention Center in Pearsall, Texas, both of which were designed for and are currently utilized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for the detention of illegal aliens pending deportation from the U.S. Since 2006, Mr. Mentzer has been in solo practice as an attorney in Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Mentzer received his B.S. in Business (Major in Finance) from Virginia Tech in 1987 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1991.

JOSEPH SLIWKA. is the Sales Manager and head of Government Relations for the Weis Development Group, LLC.Mr. Sliwka has been employed by Weis Development Group since August 2007. Prior to this he served as a member of Maryland Gov. Ehrlich’s administration from 2003-2007. His most recent position within the Ehrlich Administration was Commissioner of Occupational and Professional Licensing for the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation where he was responsible for 95 employees as well as administering 23 licensing Boards and Commissions throughout the state. Mr. Sliwka’s primary function was to qualify and license individuals as well as responding to over 5,000 consumer complaints per year. From 1983-2003 Mr. Sliwka owned and operated two successful restaurants and taverns in Baltimore County. The last being the Barn Restaurant and Crabhouse from 1993-2003 which had yearly receipts of over 2 million dollars and a staff of over 50 employees. Mr. Sliwka received his B.A. in political science from the University of Baltimore in 1982.
